Mr. Tim Moore comes to Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School from Indianapolis, IN, by way of Montlake Elementary School in Seattle. He and his wife Cindy, a physical therapist, have three children and two grandsons. The Moores, their son, his wife and two sons, are part of the West Seattle community near Morgan Junction. A life-long learner, Mr. Moore continues to search for new and exciting ways to involve students in “Musicing,” the process of experiencing and creating music while learning about music. He is a certified Orff-Schulwerk Music Educator, which means he has a lot of experience in musical learning by participation. His formal education resulted in a Master of Music degree in performance, and a Master of Music Education degree. While in Indianapolis he served as Music Teacher and Choir Director at Catholic and Parochial Schools where he loved facilitating music for Mass and worship. Mr. Moore has a love for Spanish-language music, and is very excited to join the HFBCS community and family.
